Privacy Policy

This policy explains how information is handled when you visit system-controlcore.click or use System Control Core.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the System Control Core informational website and the System Control Core local analytical application. It describes the categories of information that may be handled, why processing occurs, and the choices available to users. System Control Core is based in the UK.

2. Website information

This website does not provide account registration, contact forms, newsletter forms, payments, or checkout. When you visit, ordinary technical requests may disclose limited data to the hosting infrastructure, such as an IP address, browser type, requested page, date and time, referring page, and diagnostic information. Such data may be used to deliver pages, maintain reliability, prevent misuse, and investigate technical problems.

When you choose an email or telephone link, your communications are handled by your email or telephone provider and the information you voluntarily provide may be used to respond to your enquiry.

3. Application information and local processing

The application is designed to process compatible records selected by the user within a local workspace. These may include balance-history entries, labels, dates, and related fields contained in user-supplied exports. The software uses that information to organise snapshots, display summaries, and support comparisons.

System Control Core does not hold or process user funds or cryptocurrency assets, access private keys, operate a wallet, or execute transactions. Users control the source files they choose and are responsible for securing their device and backups.

4. Cookies and analytics

The current website does not intentionally set marketing, advertising, personalisation, or analytics cookies. Basic server logs may still be created by the hosting environment for delivery, security, and diagnostic purposes. If site practices materially change, this policy will be updated and any legally required choices will be provided.

5. Third-party services

The website loads font files supplied through Google Fonts and links to the Microsoft Store homepage. Those services may receive technical request data when they are accessed and handle it under their own privacy terms. Following an external link takes you outside our control. We do not receive Microsoft account credentials or Store purchase information through this website.

6. Purposes and lawful bases

Where UK data-protection law applies, limited personal information may be processed to provide and secure the website, respond to direct enquiries, meet legal obligations, and pursue legitimate interests in operating and improving the service. Consent will be relied upon where the law specifically requires it. We do not sell personal information.

7. Retention

Local application records remain under the user’s control and are retained until the user removes them or the relevant application data. Technical website logs, if generated, are retained only as reasonably necessary for security, diagnostics, operational requirements, or legal obligations. Direct correspondence may be retained while an enquiry is active and afterwards where reasonably needed for administration or legal records.

8. Security

Reasonable organisational and technical measures are used to protect information within our control. No device, transmission, or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. Users should protect their operating-system account, maintain appropriate backups, and avoid importing files from untrusted sources.

9. International data considerations

Website infrastructure and third-party services may process technical data outside the user’s country. Where required, appropriate safeguards should be used for restricted international transfers. Local application records remain in the environment controlled by the user unless the user independently moves, synchronises, or backs them up using another service.

10. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, individuals may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of personal information, and to withdraw consent where consent is the basis of processing. Rights are subject to legal limitations and identity verification. UK users may also raise concerns with the Information Commissioner’s Office.

11. Children’s privacy

System Control Core is not directed to children, and the website does not knowingly solicit personal information from children. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided personal information may contact us.

12. Changes to this policy

This policy may be revised to reflect legal, technical, or operational changes. The updated version will be posted here with a revised effective date. Material changes will be presented through an appropriate notice where required.
